We all know the obvious problems that are associated to both smokers and also of non smokers that happen to be in continuous company of smokers so I won’t be going over that again. The main reason for this page and article is to encourage smokers to quit.
There are a number of ways to do this with each method working better for some people than others. The one I would like to focus on is the e cigarette. These devices have come on leaps and bounds over the past few years with many companies investing a lot of money to fine tune the nicotine delivery system without the use of deadly carcinogens found in tobacco cigarettes.
I myself managed to make the switch from tobacco cigarettes to e cigarettes after over 10 years of smoking. I did try other things originally but struggled to keep off cigs full time. The first e cigaertte product I tried was from a brand called E-Lites (you can see my E-Lites review here) which luckily for me I found very effective. By using these I was able to quit smoking fully within a month and it really wasn’t that hard, yes a little will power is still needed but its a lot easier than going cold turkey or chewing gum.
The reason why it worked so well for me was the fact that it replicates the physical act of smoking, I always found that a big part of smoking for me was the actual smoking of a cigarette as well as the obvious nicotine hit. I now only take a drag on my e cigarette on a few occasions each day, next step for me will be to switch to the zero nicotine cartridges and gradually stop altogether. The thing is I feel really confident I can do this! There is no reason why you can’t too.
